Kolby joined the Vantage in Philanthropy team in 2023. Kolby graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2021 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and in 2023 with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree.
Since joining the VIP team, Kolby has participated in capital campaigns, annual appeals, event planning and management, grant writing, major gift solicitations, and more. Kolby yields successful results for her clients and continues to grow her fundraising skills.
Kolby’s love for philanthropy developed as a child. In 1979, her grandfather Tim started a telethon benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The telethon is recognized as the longest consecutively running local telethon for the hospital in the world, raising approximately $2 million over the years (and counting!). Kolby co-manages sponsorships for the telethon and serves as an event emcee.
Kolby resides in Newport, RI with her English Labrador, Scout. There, she is an active volunteer at the island’s animal shelter and enjoys walking her quiet beach neighborhood adjacent to Bellevue Avenue and Ocean Drive.
